La Pavoni Lever Heating Element Gasket Comparison

Not certain which Heating Element gasket you need for your lever La Pavoni machine? This document should help you choose the correct one.

If your Heating Element Base is Brass with a Copper Coil, it will look like the one on the left. Note yellowish color and thicker bolt flanges. No matter if it is 2-Prong (with pressurestat) or 4-Prong (no pressurestat), the correct gasket is the flat P-7.

If your Heating Element Base and Coil are Stainless Steel, it will look like the one on the right. Note the grey color and thinner bolt flanges. No matter if it is 2-Prong (with pressurestat) or 4-Prong (no pressurestat), the correct gasket is the round, o-ring style P-7SS or the alternative P-7SS-TH (which will potentially create a leak-free seal when installed with a warped heating element or pitted boiler base).
