Espresso Machine Repair and Service
Stefano’s Espresso Care is an authorized repair & service center and factory-trained technician for Elektra, Isomac, La Marzocco, La Pavoni, Rancilio, Saeco and Vibiemme. Stefano has been repairing espresso equipment since 1999, and we proudly offer expert service at competitive rates for a wide range of commercial equipment, prosumer machines, and home units.
Since we shifted our focus from Commercial Equipment to Home Units a few years ago, we no longer provide on-site or emergency repairs. However, we still perform everything from minor repairs to full rebuilds on commercial equipment, including pre-purchase inspections on used equipment, for those who are willing and able to deliver the equipment to our Oregon facility.
We keep thousands of commercial and home unit parts in stock, which helps us complete repairs in a timely manner. From the time a unit arrives on the bench, most repairs can be completed within a few days to a week, depending on the scope of the job.

Whether you would like to personally deliver or ship your machine to us, please follow these instructions:
- Please contact us for a Repair Authorization (RA) number. We will respond by email with your tentatively scheduled repair time and a link to our Repair Submission Form. Please print, complete, sign, scan and return the Repair Submission Form within 3 business days to hold your place in line.
- A couple of weeks prior to your scheduled repair, we will reach out to remind you to ship the machine in. Once you provide a tracking number or we set a drop off appointment, we will send you a bill for the Repair Submission Fee. This $90 fee is non-refundable once we receive your machine. Repairs cancelled once the fee has been paid but prior to the machine arriving at our facility will incur a "restocking fee" to cover our non-refundable payment processing fees.
- If you are shipping the machine in, please review our Shipping Instructions, include the original signed Repair Submission Form and write your RA number on the outside of the box. Machines arriving without a repair authorization number will be refused delivery.

Repair labor has a 30-day warranty. Most replaced parts also have a 30-day warranty, however, there is no warranty on electrical parts or damage caused to any part by hard water. Neither warranty covers misuse, abuse, hard-water damage, negligence, power surges, shipping damage, or items not included in the invoiced repairs. There are no returns or refunds for repair services.
