COVID-19 UPDATE: UPS is still not guaranteeing expedited services, and they will not refund shipping costs if a package does not arrive in its intended transit time. Therefore, Stefano's Espresso Care will not be able to refund shipping charges for 1- 2- and 3-day packages that do not arrive within those timeframes. You may get your package on time, but please keep the above in mind when choosing to pay for faster services. USPS has never guaranteed their expected 2-day and 3-day Priority shipping times, and they have recently announced that they expect all transit times to be increased by at least one day.

Shipping costs vary depending on weight and destination, and you will have the opportunity to choose between options and costs before completing your order. Shipping to most locations worldwide should be calculated by the cart. If your shipping is not automatically calculated (i.e. incorrect or incomplete shipping information), we will manually calculate your shipping choices and ask for your approval before processing your order. As shipping rates fluctuate frequently due to fuel surcharges and price increases, the following prices are guidelines only.

For domestic orders, INSURED Priority Mail includes insurance and delivery confirmation. Shipping charges start at $10.00 and go up depending on your location and package weight. UPS charges are also calculated by your location, package weight and size. Tracking and insurance is included. UPS to commercial locations starts as low as $7. and to residential locations at $9.50.

UPS Next Day Air may not ship on the same day if the order arrives after 9 a.m. PST. Please contact us prior to placing your order with any questions.

For International First Class, Uninsured First Class mail starts at $15.50 for up to one pound. Insured Priority mail starts at $39.50 for up to one pound. Again, final price depends on your location as well as the size, weight, and value of the package. We also offer UPS to international locations. It is sometimes more expensive than International Priority Mail, but shipments can arrive in as little as three to five days. Be aware that their fees are significantly higher than USPS.

All time-in-transit quotes for international shipping do not include customs clearance, which can cause delays depending on our country’s import policies. The purchaser is responsible for all customs and import duties, taxes, etc. As we cannot keep current on the changing policies and import rates of every country we ship to, you as the purchaser must research what charges you will incur in importing parts to your location. Under no circumstances will we classify purchases as "gifts" or "samples" to evade import fees.

For international orders, please read   our policy regarding uninsured shipping   before choosing that method. Should you choose First Class Mail, please be aware that the only scan made on your package is when it is received and processed by our local post office, proving that it was shipped by us. There may be no further scans and therefore no way to track your package. Shipping time varies from country to country and is determined by many factors, including customs clearance.

UPS is the fastest and most secure way to ship internationally, BUT they do charge higher fees than USPS. Please research your country's import fees prior to selecting this method.
