La Pavoni PRE-1974 BRASS Grouphead Sleeve Removal Tool

This tool is custom made in steel by our local machinist. It is modeled after the long-discontinued La Pavoni factory tool and is designed to help remove the old brass grouphead sleeves found on VERY EARLY La Pavoni machines with the screw-in grouphead (no diamond-shaped flange). 

The pins are small Allen-head bolts that can potentially be replaced if needed. 

NOTE: If the corresponding holes in your brass sleeve are too worn, the tool will not properly engage and therefore may not be able to loosen a cemented-in-place sleeve.
