Hole diameter is 8mm overall lenght is 40mm with a diameter of 20/15mm

This screen attaches to the inlet silicone hose to prevent solid matter from entering water lines, and it is mounted around the hose.

Fits: Any home unit with a reservoir and soft silicone hose size 9x6mm and 8x5mm. 
NOTE: This is not a softener. A reservoir water softener is a better choice, although this filter can be used if you already have an independent softener system.
