This hose is smaller then the intake hose, so it will have a tighter fit on the by-pass valve and Ulka air priming valve (such as the Isomac and VBM mounted one) with the smaller discharge nipple . We recommend switching to this hose if you upgrade from the plastic valve to the brass valve.
