Please CONTACT US before adding to cart to confirm that we are available for tech support on your equipment.
This is a non refundable service. Although support will be provided by a factory-trained, highly respected technician with over 20 years of experience in the espresso repair field, we cannot guarantee your issues will be resolved due to the many variables and limited scope of troubleshooting your equipment from afar.
This is “per incident” fee with a maximum of 30 minutes of technical time dedicated to it. You may purchase multiple 30-minute blocks, which may be necessary for complex issues.
Tech support is provided in writing by email ONLY. Documents, pictures, videos, and/or schematics provided when applicable and available.
To use this service to its fullest potential, we recommend that you:
- provide us with all pertinent information, including brand, model, year, maintenance history, current symptoms
- print and review any available schematics
- have those schematics and the equipment needing repair in front of you
- have a digital camera/smart phone available should we need images or a video of your issue
