To assemble:
Inspect for any brass shavings remaining from the production process and BLOW AIR into the valve body to remove if any present
The spring seat has a deeper and a shallower end, the closing Gasket goes in the DEEPER side of the seat with its conical smaller end INSIDE.
Apply a little food grade grease on the O-ring (screw in until flush to be in the neighborhood of the 9 bar setting)
Once installed adjust to 9-10 Bar or preferred brewing pressure.
NOTE: This is a newer version (compared to the pre 2000's version), it is 64mm long, the smaller one used previously by VBM is no longer available.
