Vibiemme Steam Valve Knob, Larger and the more common one (up to V 2020)

Shaft hole square 6x6mm

This Knob was eventually installed on the Steam Valve and Hot Water Valve on Vibiemme Junior, Vibiemme Domobar Super Heating Exchanger and Double Boiler, replacing the smaller one.
The smaller one is 34mm; the larger one is 40mm.
