La Pavoni Sightglass for Lever Machines

Notes:

1. The sightglass tube usually has small chips where it is cut. This is will not affect the gaskets’ ability to seal since the gaskets are normally positioned few millimeters above the glass edges.
2. On very old Pavonis, the sightglass and gaskets were a different size. If you are replacing either item on an older unit which came with the metal sightglass cover, then we recommend replacing the glass, gaskets, and, if your unit did not originally come with them, adding the metal washers.
3. There are a very limited number of La Pavonis that have an upper sight glass fitting with a smaller opening (circa 1981). If your machine is one of those rare machines, you will need to drill that opening slightly larger for the current sightglass to fit.
